Upcoming improvements to signage to update and provide a clean appearance for the community.

Phase One Complete
All signs have been dug, reburied as upright and level.

Phase Two Complete
Sign Replacement, Pole Addition, Sign additions.

New, for the first time, Archictectural Standards!

The team is working on a list of allowances for changes to our architecture to permit simple refresh of certain items around the community and guidelines for new items you may want to install.

All said, a much simpler process.

We went against what appears to be an unwritten NCDOT rule and straightened our sign posts!

And there's more to come. We still need to add another sign post on the South end near the monument (Chris is currently taking volunteers) and replace the remaining signs.
Finally, to maybe help slow down traffic a little more, we are adding a couple of extra signs including a speed hump warning.
